Born and raised just an hour outside of New York City her dream has always been to be a professional performing artist! Alexis graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Rider University at the beginning of the Covid-19 Pandemic. She tried sports, which she did love, but her love and dedication for dance shined through. When Alexis was getting ready to apply for college she decided she wanted to try and go for Musical Theater. Luckily, she had an amazing support system who allowed her to pursue this idea and dream. She then auditioned and got into a great college, despite the fact she has never taken a voice lesson or an acting class before… let alone been in a musical. Alexis got a job working at Lil’ Buds Childcare and Preschool as a Teacher’s Assistant. She became a nanny/babysitter for two little girls who stole my heart. Decided to sign up to be a Substitute Teacher at a local school district. During this time, I found a new love for teaching in a different way (without a flap ball change). I truly enjoyed working in the Elementary school, specifically in special education classes. She worked at Orchard Hill Cider Mill, on a farm, as a waitress and bartender.
